Inspection
Every roofing project, including our maintenance plans, start with a thorough inspection. Our experienced commercial roofing team will come out to look at your roof and assess how much life is left in your roof. Our inspections include checking for smooth water run-off, a scan for cracks and missing parts, and checking for any suspicious areas of moisture. We will also check all of your rooftop equipment, from air conditioning units to skylights.
Touch-Ups
After the inspection, our team will repair any issues we see. From unclogging your gutters to replacing damaged flashing, these acts of maintenance ensure a safe and secure roof. Staying on top of necessary repairs is crucial for prolonging the life of your roof. When left alone, these minor problem areas can quickly turn into an emergency situation. By keeping up with repairs, you will save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches.
Recommendations
Once we have fully assessed your roof and have taken care of all the necessary repairs, we will let you know how much service life is left in your roof. Our professional crew will also make recommendations on the best way to maintain your roof in order to maximize its service life. Together, we’ll create a schedule so that your roof gets the routine care it needs to stay safe and secure.

Although this past winter pushed back our start date, once the job was started I could not believe how quickly … More and efficiently Estuardo's crew worked. From 7AM to 6:30 PM 6 days a week, they all went about their business and did a thorough clean up at days end. Dave was always available to answer any questions we had during the project. The house came out fantastic. So looking forward to having them back to work on our porch reconstruction late summer/early fall. Five star experience all round!The communication from the sales and project management teams was first class throughout including the job scope, advanced prep requirements and on-site ETAs.Pre and post job inspections allowed as much time … More as necessary to provide clarity on the existing structural conditions and explain the various aspects of the completed work.The roofing crew arrived on time, were very courteous and presentable, were mindful of the flora, did a great job with the install and clean-up and completed the job in a day as promised.Everything above also applied to Part two of this project which was to replace all of the exterior cedar shingles and wood plank with Hardie fiber cement and trim with a couple of new windows also installed in the garage.Like Derek beforehand Project Managers Jimmy and Dave were exemplary throughout along with Estuardo leading an equally hardworking, courteous, presentable and conscientious crew.Once again this project was completed on time with exceptional communicationthroughout from Jimmy and Dave.There were some minor post-job aesthetics that were identified by both parties (which was very reassuring) but again nothing was too much trouble for them and Estuardo to diligently attend to in a concerted effort to ensure that we, as the homeowners, were left totally happy with the end result.
