My wife and I hired Beantown after getting several quotes from other roofing companies. Beantown came back with the best price by far. The crew had to make several repairs including new roof sheathing, vent boots, chimney flashing, and … More PVC rakes. Our point of contact, Derek, was extremely knowledgeable. Once some of the plywood sheathing was removed, he showed us the poor air floor from blocked soffit vents (we hired a company through Mass Save to insulate our attic) and offered very reasonable solutions to remedy it.
